Our team brings over 15 years of hands-on experience across concrete, flooring, framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, the kind of range that comes from actually doing the work, not just managing it. We started out treating clients like neighbors, not customers, and that hasn't changed.
Before starting our own company, our team spent years working alongside HUD, local housing agencies, community development agencies, and property management companies. That gave us a rare view of construction from a few different angles: as the people doing the work, as the people managing the property, and as the people making sure it was done right. Very few contractors have sat on that many sides of the table.
